On October 12, 2009, I had just gotten home from school, and went in my room to get my pet rat out of her cage, and she was laying in the corner, twitching and breathing really heavy.
I went to go pick her up and she turned around and bit me, and held on tight.Finally my mom was able to pry her off my finger.
We rushed her to the vet, and they said there wasn`t much they could do for her.She had gotten Numoniya, and it got into her central nervous system, and made her go crazy, and that`s one of the reasons she bit me.
At around 3 in the afternoon (C.A. time) Trixie was put to sleep.They said they didn`t want me to see her, because she had gotten so bad she was trying to chew her feet and tail off, and had almost completely chewed through her tail.
I chose to take her home, and bury her at my great grandma`s house with all my family`s other pets that had passed on.
No rat will evr replace Trixie, no matter how hard I look.Even ask Holly-chan, she was the sweetest little thing.Once my mom and I find the cable to connect my camra toour computer, i`ll be uploading pictures of my sweet baby.
It`s now October 13th and I`m still crying about the lose, of my baby, my pet, and one of my very best friends.
